Be a relentless business owner.

We are about to wrap up our event here in Breckenridge, Colorado and it has been absolutely amazing. We have around 50 people here, and it seems as though we should have rented out a stadium for this workshop, because the information is that AWESOME. All of our speakers compliment each other so well, and although there is a lot to learn, we can only hope that our clients go out and TAKE ACTION. Implementing one or a few of these proven strategies is key, and quite obviously the key ingredient to making money online, and creating a consistent revenue stream out of thin air.

One of the great things that happened at our live event was the connections that were made.  Getting connected to the leaders in your industry is the quickest and most efficient way to become a leader in your industry also.  Makes sense right?  Here at HC Consulting we highly encourage our clients to get out of your comfort zone and attend live events. Be completely relentless on achieving your goals and having your business hit new heights.

HC Consulting Group teaches and partakes in just about all of the discussed strategies provided here at our workshop, but listening and trying to absorb all of our speakers proven techniques is extremely exciting. It seems that the goal amongst our speakers is to showcase several ways to have online, niche businesses without very much work.  Automating your business and traffic, 0utsourcing the technical stuff, and being the behind-the-scenes designer of an online empire is really what this business is all about, and this is easily obtained by making a plan and following these 7 M’s:

Motivation: (why are you doing this??) You have to have a goal to work towards in the future that is not solely based on money.  Being focused and relentless on achieving your goals in business and in life is a must.  Be sure to make your goals S.M.A.R.T.  Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely.  Always map out short term monthly goals, quarterly goals, yearly goals, and long term goals.

Momentum: Think of what you need to make every month, and from there, create goals that will make you reach this # over and over again. It is nice to have a low point, a middle point, and a max ceiling to shoot for. This way, you can’t lose.  Once your business begins building momentum it is imperative to keep the momentum going.

Model: What products are you going to sell and WHO is going to buy them. Think of making a road of products, ie. “Widgets”, “Son of Widget”, and then “Widget Extreme”, so that your customers will have a path to follow that you have already set up for them.  Everytime you solve someones pains – another pain or problem typically arises.

Marketplace: Examine your market place, and see where you fall into place.  Knowing your marketplace is KEY. What does your target market do? What do they enjoy?  What do they wear? How old are they?  They more information you know about your target market the better you will be able to find solutions for their pains and problems.  Having surveys is a great way to get to know your market.  Customer support is another great tool to really get to know your market place.

MVPs (your most valuable players): Obtain both internal teams and external teams that have proven to do consistently amazing work.  Delegation and outsourcing are a couple of the key abilities that will enable you to run a successful business.  You can quite literally outsource every aspect of your business.

Money: Devise a plan for monthly, annual, continual, and secure revenue streams that you are in full control of.

Mentor: GET ONE!  Having an accountability partner and a mentor who can help coach you towards your goals is another key trait that has enabled businesses and marketers to excell.
