The most common questions that merchants have is typically based around redeeming vouchers and coupons that customers will bring in.
Merchant App Instructions
1. Download the DDB Merch Redemption Android or iTunes App
2. When a customer shows you a voucher, or an e-voucher / coupon from their phone or tablet, you can scan the QR code or manually type in the unique voucher code.
3. This will pull up a record of the purchase, whether or not it is a valid voucher number, and you can redeem. If it is a gift card offer, merchant is given the option to do a partial redeem.
Merchant Login Portal Instructions
1. Visit the publisher website you are working with, select Login, and input your merchant login credentials. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password function.
2. After successful login, select Merchant Dashboard from the top the site as shown here.
3. From here, the first thing you will see is the ability to input voucher codes to mark them as redeemed. You can also choose from a dropdown list of their offers to view key data as well as upload tracking codes if they are selling product offers.
4. If you are running a gift card type of offer, when you redeem a voucher, you will be instructed to enter the purchase amount or redeem voucher in entirety.
