If your like me, and I’m quite sure you are, you have had one of those Friday mornings like I had today…
You know, the one where you wake up and are instantly excited with anticipation because it’s Friday and you have some great stuff planned for the weekend.
I see pride! I see Power! I see a bad ass motha who don’t take no crap from nobody!!
We aren’t big into teaching and preaching “Law of Attraction” stuff,but this is a fun morning exercise. It’s difficult to find focus sometimes, especially online, and lot’s of internet marketers are going to push and pull you in every direction possible. Stay on track, find the methods that work for YOU, and go with them. Keep your head up, and don’t take no crap from nobody!
Just a slight change in my morning “ritual” has already spiced up my day and I recommend doing something similar on this fine Friday.
– Try stretching or taking a walk / run before work.
– Move your desk to other side of the room.
– Paint your wall or hang up a poster.
(yes, this actual increases productivity.)
– Do 5 minutes of deep breathing
– Listen to favorite song in the entire world
– A 5-minute massage. Ask your significant other to trade.
Or if you’re single, contact a lady / man you’ve been thinking of
and ask them on a date.
Options can go on and on, but try and change up your day a little bit today and I guarantee you will enjoy it and be more productive…
