do you have a 500 year goal?
One of the things I learned from our special guest we are hooking you up with on Tuesday is the importance of mapping out a 500 year plan.
Most people map out monthly plans, quarterly plans, and yearly plans…
… but how do you want to be remembered 500 years from now?
Are you leaving a legacy?
Are you building something that will pay your kids, and their kids, and so on and so forth?
Some people have statues of themselves; some are authors, or artists & performers; others started businesses that live on and some have ideas that pass down the generations. Others are remembered for being war heros, or even for the family that they started.
The 500 year goal is a really cool thing to do and I have just begun crafting my 500 year plan and have been having a great time.
When our mystery millionaire was 14, he bought a guitar for $25; traded it for a $250 car stereo system; sold that for $300 and bought a home theater system— which he sold for $1000.
His uncle took the $1000 and gifted him with a $5000 60-inch Pioneer Elite big-screen TV.
He sold the TV for $3000 and bought some stock at 98 cents a share, then sold a bunch of it at $14 per share!
“That’s much more fun than working for money! – he told me”
