Having other people do work for you is a great way to grow and expand your business.
There are 3 types of ways that you can have people do work for you.
1. Insource: Use your own employee(s) to do the customization.
2. Outsource: Hire an outside developer or development team.
3. Crowdsource: Post your need on a platform and let the crowd respond.
Crowdsourcing is my particular favorite. Crowdsourcing is a compound of “crowd” and “outsourcing” for the act of taking tasks traditionally performed by an employee or contractor, and outsourcing them to a group of people or community, through an “open call” to a large group of people (a crowd) asking for contributions.
Our company mixes insourcing, outsourcing, and crowdsourcing to complete many of our products and business ventures.
