HC Consulting Group founders, Marc Horne and Hollis Carter are grearing up for San Fermín in Pamplona, Spain where they will be partaking in the annual Running of the Bulls event. This event is held every July 7th-14th, with the first running on the 7th. Running with the Bulls is the highest profile event in Pamplona, and is one that Marc and Hollis are proud to cross off their list.
Working from their laptops and smart-phones, this trip is one more testimony for how amazing internet jobs can be. The ability to spin a globe and put a finger down
and say, “I’m going here”, is by far the best freedom in the world today, and it would not be possible if it were not for using the internet as the next frontier for conducting business.
Last night, while packing for the trip, Marc called and wanted to know what he should bring. I mean honestly, you can’t go run with the bulls without the correct gear, right?
– white pants, white shirt, red scarf.
– pair of really fast tennis shoes (duh)
– Passport
– Laptop
– Smartphone
– any other clothes that will fit in my backpack
That should pretty much do it for me… I can run a
business as usual, and run with the bulls.
